Suspect(s): Christopher STAFFORD, age 37 of Pen Argyl, PA

Summary:
Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1500 block of Pen Argyl Road in Plainfield Township. As a result of the investigation STAFFORD was taken into custody for Terroristic Threats and related charges. STAFFORD was transported to the Northampton County Central Booking Center.

Summary:

Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 800 block of North Broadway in Wind Gap Borough. As a result of the investigation SHALLO was taken into custody for Terroristic Threats and related charges. SHALLO was transported to the Northampton County Central Booking Center.

Suspect(s): Angel NATAL age 34 of Slatington, PA
 
Summary:
An officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle code violation. During the course of the traffic stop the operator of the vehicle NATAL was found to be in possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed.

Nature of Incident/Arrest: Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (DUI Related) – 3rd violation
Suspect(s): Jeremy D. Morrell
 
Summary: On this date, a Slate Belt Regional Police Officer observed the suspect operating a vehicle, and had known that the suspect’s driver’s license was suspended as a direct result of a previous DUI charge. During the course of the investigation, it was determined this was the suspect’s 3rd violation of this same charge, a Misdemeanor. Charges were filed on Monday, July 8, 2020 at Magisterial District Judge Schlegel’s Office in Wind Gap.

On June 23rd 2020 Officers were notified of a domestic assault Victim at the hospital. Through an investigation Officers obtained an active Arrest Warrant for Darrin Sanderson.

Nature of Incident: Vehicle Chop Shop/ Receiving Stolen Property
Suspect(s): Nathan Jones and Fredrick Burd (Warrant for Arrest)
Summary:
On May 25th 2020 Officers were notified of a motorcycle stolen from an impound lot at a local tow company. Through an investigation the motorcycle was located in the possession of Nathan Jones and Fredrick Burd with an obliterated Vehicle Identification Number in Wind Gap Borough. Jones was taken into custody on June 17th 2020 and lodged at Northampton County Jail, there is an active Warrant for Arrest for Burd.

Suspect(s):  Jeremy MARTIN, age 40 of Pen Argyl, PA

Summary:

MARTIN was taken into custody following a traffic stop due to an active warrant for his arrest out of the Northampton County Sheriff’s Department. MARTIN was transported to the Northampton County Prison. MARTIN was also found to be in possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in the vehicle, a citation was filed.

Summary:
Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 5800 block of Sullivan Trail in Plainfield Twp. As a result of the on-scene investigation STEINMETZ was taken into custody for simple assault and harassment. STEINMETZ was transported to the Northampton County Central Booking Center.

Summary:

An officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Jason BROWN. BROWN was found to be operating the vehicle while his driver’s license was under a DUI related suspension and was found to have prior convictions making the offense a misdemeanor charge. Charges were filed.

Summary:
Officers were dispatched to an incident at a residence in the 800 block of Benders Church Rd in Plainfield Twp. While investigating the incident officers observed narcotics in plain view within the residence. A search warrant was obtained for the residence. As a result of the investigation Heroin, Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and drug paraphernalia was seized resulting in drug related charges being filed on the above individuals.
