2017 Citizen’s Police Academy

The FIRST Slate Belt Regional Police Department Citizen’s Police Academy has concluded.  The Slate Belt Regional Police Department Citizen’s Police Academy is designed to allow those in the community to experience the world of a Slate Belt Regional Police Officer.  Class sizes are purposefully kept small to encourage interaction with the students and officers.

Criminal Justice from SBRPD Chief David Mettin and Lt. Scott Zabriskie
The Court System from District Judge Alicia Zito and Attorney Matt Goodrich, Esq.
Criminal Investigations by the PA State Police Forensics Unit
