The Slate Belt Regional Police Department is accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and must have successfully completed MPOETC ACT 120 training at the time of hire. Successful candidates are required to complete a competitive hiring process to include; written examination, oral interview and comprehensive background check. There is a $40.00 application fee.
The written portion of the testing process will be on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at the Wind Gap Fire Department Social Hall at 111 North Broadway, Wind Gap, PA 18091. You must bring photo ID for admittance to the test. Testing will begin promptly at 9:00am, with no applicants admitted after 9:00am.
